You can use the standard-quality described in the manual. The compression-ratio from the motor is not so high, that you must use a higher ROZ/MOZ-number (95/98/100 ROZ/MOZ).
The more is not bad, but it help´s nothing. Like gebesmh, 91 is ok!

Yes, it seem´s to be OK, but don´t use synthetic-oil´s, because the clutch might wont´work after!
10-40 or 20-40 is OK!
And also, take care about: DON´T use oil (mostly for cars) that is labeled with "energy conserving" or something like that! You will get problems with the clutch, too!
