-riding in more than 2 people
-wheeling
-riding not properly sat (applies for the pillion too)
-riding having your hands/legs in any way blocked/impeded
X( -riding without having BOTH your hands on the handlebar (except for necessary signalling) ->no more adjusting your windshield, scratching your back, playing with your gps or... sending text messages

-towing or being towed (but in any case they will only sequestrate the motorbike, it does not apply to cars)
-riding with anything hindering a proper vision (

-riding with anything sticking out from the bike
-riding without the helmet properly fastened
Some of these cases (not all, of course) are pretty crazy - and it is not only the unlikely case of running into any extra-zealous officer who might take your bike because he caught you thug waving a 'V' sign to an oncoming bike; more seriously, if you happened to have even a minimum accident with no fault, the opponent might bring an action against you because - say- you had an additional helmet sticking out of the shape of your bike.
Someone recently started a petition to ask the government change this. I don't know what effect it will have, perhaps it's worth a try
PS: I hope some1 can warn Lars and his mates, they should be around here saturday, right?
